PAYMENT
A 35 percent non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations in order to secure your place. Full payment must be made prior to arrival.
INSURANCE
We are a selected supplier for most major worldwide insurers including but not limited to: AETNA, CIGNA, United Healthcare, and VA Foreign Medical Programme. You may contact your insurance provider directly to find out what your policy covers and to what amount. Our expert administrative team will handle all stages of your insurance claim. Please contact us directly for assistance with filing a claim.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
The Edge treatment programme is all-inclusive of private accommodation, meals, individual and group counselling sessions, fitness therapy, massage, excursions and aftercare coaching, plus our three-day Family Programme for the client’s loved ones.
VISAS
Citizens of most developed countries are granted a stay in Thailand of up to 30 days without a visa if entering via an international airport.
If you are planning on staying longer than 30 days, your visa can be extended once you are in Thailand. Please contact our admissions office for more information.
LENGTH OF STAY
We offer a 4-weeks accelerated programme, 8-weeks or 12-weeks recovery programme, and a tailored-duration programme. Your length of stay depends on your individual needs.
